Securing a pre-approval before actively touring homes is a distinct advantage. It showcases your seriousness in a competitive market and allows you to gauge your borrowing capacity, monthly payments, and the influence of taxes and other fees.

I will review the details of the property and the market with you in order to present the appropriate "offer"/promise to purchase. Your promise to purchase may include such items as purchase price and loan specifications, desired closing date and many other details. I will act as your contract expert and continue negotiations until an agreement is reached. You'll also provide an up-to-date pre-approval letter with your offer, to inform the seller of your ability to close the deal.

Although I will explain the terms in detail, be sure to personally review all contracts and familiarize yourself with any changes to the offer. Once your promise to purchase has been accepted, you'll be on your way to becoming a homeowner, with my support every step of the way. I'll supervise the contract, review inspection and condition points, and send out any requests to assist you through to the end of the process.
